How to verify your account?
1. Log into your account, click on “Profile” and choose Account KYC from the dropdown menu.
2. Choose whether you want to open a personal or a corporate account. In case of the latter, please contact us at [email protected] or via the support center.
3. For personal account verification, fill in all of the fields.
(i) Write your First and Last name as they are written on your identification document.
(ii) Select your nationality. If you have double citizenship, choose the country which issued the ID card/Passport you are using for verification.
(iii) Insert your national ID number. It can be e.g. a Personal Identification Number, Social Security Number, Tax ID.
(iv) Insert your date of birth. Click on the field and a calendar should appear.
(v) Insert your mobile phone number. Make sure there are no zeros between the country code and your mobile phone number.
(vi) Write down your full address, where you are residing.
(vii) Choose from the dropdown menu your current Employment Status that best matches your situation – Student, Employed, Self-employed, Unemployed, Retired.
(viii) Write down your current Profession/Occupation. If you are a student, e.g. Third Year Business Administration Student. If you are unemployed or retired, write down your last position – e.g. Sales in the Pharmaceutical industry.
4. Upload your ID card or passport, a proof of address such as bank statement and a selfie of you holding your identification document. For each document there are detailed instructions on the side.
Depending on your nationality and country of residence you might be required to provide additional information and/or to upload additional documents.
